YOGA Night
Wednesday, April 11th at 6:30
Healthy Snacks will be served

Wear your stretchy pants and join us for a night of YOGA. Professional Yoga instructor, Brenda Jacobsen, will lead us through a simple Yoga routine and explain the health benefits associated with yoga, including improved flexibility, more strength, better concentration, improved posture, and better breathing. If you really don't want to do yoga, come and enjoy good company and a healthy snack. See you there!
